Jaybird Launches ‘X4’ & ‘Tarah’ Fitness Headphones

Logitech-owned Jaybird has expanded its wireless headphone arsenal, debuting two new waterproof models – the ‘X4 Sport’ (A$189.95) and ‘Tarah’ (A$149.95).

The X4 expands Jaybird’s award-winning X-series, and is designed for the “all-round runner” and “outdoor athlete”.

The product offers an eight hour battery life, and claims to provide one hour of playtime from a ten minute charge.

With new silicon fins and ultra-soft tips, Jaybird asserts the headphones offer improved comfort.

The new X4 also features Jaybird’s Comply Ultra™ foam tips – thermoreactive foam which conforms to a user’s ear canal for a secure fit.

A customisable ‘Speed Cinch’ cord claims to provide optimum under or over-ear comfort.

Jaybird’s new ‘Tarah’ wireless sports headphones pledge six hours of playtime, in a lightweight build for “daily training”.

Featuring interchangeable ultra-soft silicone ear gels and a Speed Cinch cord, the product comprises a low-profile build.

Tarah claims to facilitate seamless music and phone call transition, whilst supporting both Google Assistant and Apple’s Siri.

Like predecessing devices, the headphones are compatible with Jaybird’s app for audio adjustment.

Jaybird’s new X4 and Tarah are available to purchase from select Australian retailers (e.g. JB Hi-Fi and Rebel Sport), with further information available on the company’s website here.
