Microsoft To Release iPad Version Of Office

Nadella, who replaced longtime CEO Steve Ballmer earlier this year, will address media and industry executives in San Francisco on that date, according to an invitation to reporters. It will be his first major public appearance. Microsoft said in an invitation that Nadella will discuss “news related to the intersection of cloud and mobile” but declined to comment on the location or other specifics of his appearance.

However it seems almost certain that his announcement will be a major feature of the annual Macworld expo, which opens in San Francisco on March 27.
