Talk To the Hand! Samsung “Finger” Revealed
Unveiled today, ‘Samsung Fingers’ – a new wearable glove runs on 5G network, has a 16mp camera, LED screen and is charged by the sun. OK, this is an April Fools joke, but it is pretty funny all the same.
Announced on a Samsung blog, Fingers is the “first wearable glove, adds incomparable convenience and attention to everyday life with features tailored to help you better feel life.”
The digital glove also supposedly has WiFi, 3 inch flexible UHD Super Emo-LED display located on the palm, no less, and the microphone is cleverly located on the baby finger.
Fingers responds to gestures, and has a hilarious ‘Talk To the Hand’ feature, described as “an innovative way to multitask communication offline. When a user is too engaged in a conversation with a person to add a third person into a communication, the user can have the person talk to the Samsung Fingers while the user enjoys ongoing conversation uninterrupted.”
Samsung Fingers also supports (yet undeveloped) networks including 5G and Wi-Fi 902.11wz, features such as Finger Painter and S-tut, as well as a 16 megapixel camera, for “the best-looking selfies you can get your hands on”, which is hidden in the bottom forefinger of the e-glove.
We’re sure the Samsung bloggers had a right laugh compiling this.
