PNY Technologies has launched HP memory products into Australia and New Zealand for the first time, initially releasing four USB flash drives: the HP x796w, HP x760w, HP v245w and HP v150w. More HP memory products are set to follow in the coming months.
The HP x796w offers a USB 3.1 mobile storage solution, and features a durable metal casing. It’s also backwards compatible with USB 2.0 and comes in 32GB ($18), 64GB ($25), 128GB ($59), 256GB, 512GB and 1TB sizes.
Made of stylish metal material with a clip-on hook design, the USB 3.1 HP x760w can be hung from a backpack or briefcase. It comes in 128GB ($59), 64GB ($34), and 32GB ($20).
As USB 3.1 devices, these memory drives can transfer data faster than USB 2.0 whilst still being very compact.

The HP v245w, meanwhile, is specially designed for sports lovers, as it is water and shock resistant, and comes with a handy T-shape cap holder (available in 16GB, 32GB ($11) and 64GB ($23)).
With a convenient, sliding, lid-less and cap-less design, the HP v150w is durable and portable. Its integrated key loop easily attaches to keyrings, handbags and backpacks. The HP v150w is available in 16GB ($8).
All of these products are now available at JB HI-FI.
“These HP products are part of PNY’s major and continued commitment to launching high-quality memory products into Australia and New Zealand. They are the first of many across the entire HP memory product range that we will launch locally,” said Richard Clarke, Director of Sales, ANZ & Oceania at PNY.
