Hisense has lifted the curtain on its latest smart screen, introducing the X7 Pro, a 27-inch movable display designed to adapt to a wide range of everyday uses. The device has launched in China with a price of approximately A$1,200, and pre-orders are already open through JD.com. While the company has yet to release a full specification sheet, it has confirmed the X7 Pro will be available in a variety of finishes including Cloud Mist White, Sky Blue, Sprout Green, Aurora Purple and Peach Pink.

The screen is built around a 27-inch panel that uses a paper-like eye-care coating, which Hisense says helps minimise glare and reduce eye fatigue during extended viewing. Rather than positioning the X7 Pro as a traditional television or monitor, the company is pitching it as a flexible screen that can shift roles throughout the day, functioning as a portable TV, study display, fitness mirror, karaoke station, secondary monitor or even a wireless speaker. Support for longer-distance viewing also makes it suitable for shared rooms such as living areas or open-plan apartments.

One of the defining features of the X7 Pro is its built-in 15,000mAh battery. Hisense claims this is enough to deliver up to 14 hours of continuous use, allowing the screen to be moved between rooms without relying on a power cable. The display is mounted on a wheeled stand, reinforcing its focus on portability and convenience.

Under the hood, the X7 Pro runs on a high-end octa-core processor combined with 8GB of memory and 256GB of internal storage. This setup is designed to handle multiple apps at once, store offline content and support AI-powered features. The display can connect directly to gaming consoles and supports wireless screen casting, enabling multi-screen interaction with smartphones, tablets and other devices.

AI plays a prominent role in the X7 Pro’s feature set, particularly for fitness use. The system includes skeletal point recognition and motion tracking, which are intended to improve form and accuracy during home workouts. With compatible content, the display can act as an interactive fitness mirror that provides real-time feedback during training sessions.

Audio has also been given special attention. Hisense has equipped the display with tuned sound modes and karaoke-focused audio processing to support at-home singing and entertainment. The integrated speakers are designed to prioritise vocal clarity, making the screen suitable for both music playback and spoken content. Physically, the X7 Pro measures 630 x 430 x 1326 mm and weighs 16.7 kg.

The launch of the X7 Pro follows other recent announcements from Hisense, including new RGB Mini LED televisions shown at CES 2026, such as the flagship 116UXS and the more accessible UR9 and UR8 ranges. Together, these releases highlight the company’s push into both large-format premium displays and more versatile, lifestyle-focused screen designs.
