EuroCucina 2026: NEFF Brings Human-Centred Kitchen Vision to Milan
NEFF will take to EuroCucina 2026 with a distinctive exhibition that places people, creativity and shared experiences at the core of kitchen design. Known for its premium built-in appliances, the brand is presenting a concept that blends technology with a more human-focused approach, aiming to redefine how the kitchen is experienced in everyday life.
Located in Pavilion 4, the NEFF showcase introduces the idea of a “Renaissance of Taste”, drawing inspiration from a historical period that balanced innovation with human expression. In contrast to the growing emphasis on artificial intelligence, NEFF is highlighting the importance of connection, food and relationships, positioning the kitchen as a social space rather than a purely functional one. The concept reflects the brand’s long-standing philosophy that the true heart of the kitchen lies with the people who use it.
Visitors are invited to engage with a setting designed to encourage interaction and exploration. The exhibition space takes cues from Renaissance courts, with architectural elements that guide guests through a journey centred on taste and creativity. The layout is intended to foster dialogue and shared experiences, turning the act of cooking into something more immersive and collaborative.
A key focus of the display is steam cooking, which NEFF presents as a defining strength. The technique is showcased across a range of appliances, including new ovens, cooktops with integrated extraction and a newly introduced steam drawer. The brand aims to challenge perceptions that steam cooking limits flavour, instead demonstrating how it can enhance texture and preserve the natural qualities of ingredients.
One of the centrepieces of the booth is a dedicated installation celebrating the SLIDE and HIDE oven door, a design innovation that has been part of NEFF’s identity for 25 years. The disappearing door is presented in a vertical display that highlights its movement and functionality, reinforcing its continued relevance within modern kitchen design.

Throughout the space, lemons are used as a recurring visual and sensory motif, symbolising freshness and vitality while connecting the exhibition to the heritage of Renaissance gardens. This element ties together the themes of flavour, culture and design, guiding visitors through the experience.
The programme of activities at the stand is built around participation and sensory engagement. Live cooking sessions led by chef Aleandro Polenti will demonstrate the versatility of steam cooking, combining international techniques with Italian culinary traditions. Visitors will also be able to take part in mixology sessions with Enrico Bellucci, who will create cocktails that explore bold flavours and incorporate theatrical elements using steam.
In addition, fragrance designer Caterina Roncati will host an interactive experience focused on scent and its relationship to taste. By breaking down the components of her citrus-inspired fragrance, visitors will gain insight into how aromas influence flavour perception and how different sensory elements connect within the kitchen environment.
Through this exhibition, NEFF is presenting a vision of the kitchen that prioritises creativity, connection and shared experiences.
