Internode’s ‘Eve’ Strikes Adam As Telstra Takeover

Internode launched a South Australia ‘sales campaign” dubbed ‘Eve’ to “win customers in SA from other ISPs” the iiNet owned telco announced yesterday in what appeared to be a strategically timed statement.

Eve promotion offers broadband consumers down south free setup and three months free Internet to newbies who choose an Internode Easy Broadband 200GB (or higher) plan and bundle it with a NodeLine telephone service for 24 months.

Telstra announced the purchase of SA-based Adam internet yesterday, and pledged to will grow its customer base and expand the ISP nationally.

Internode says its special offer will make it easy for South Australians to switch by offering savings that may exceed contract break fees from an existing provider.

“Our Easy Broadband plans are terrific value and our new campaign simply offers a great new incentive for customers of other providers in our home market to make the switch,” said Internode founder Simon Hackett.
