British appliance brand Dualit has strengthened its presence in Australia with a dedicated local online store, giving consumers direct access to its range of toasters, kettles and kitchen appliances.

The Australian website allows customers to purchase directly from Dualit in local currency, alongside access to Australian customer support, delivery and returns. Orders over $300 qualify for free delivery, while orders placed before 11am on weekdays can be dispatched from the company’s local warehouse the same day.

Dualit products have already been available through Australian retailers including Costco, but the direct-to-consumer operation gives the British company another sales channel and a more extensive platform for its range.

The Australian store currently lists Dualit’s Classic and Lite toaster ranges alongside kettles, food preparation appliances, its EcoPress aluminium coffee capsule recycler and the Hot Chocolate Maker & Milk Frother.

At the premium end, the 4 Slice NewGen Classic Toaster starts at $579.99, while the 2 Slice NewGen Classic starts at $449.99. The Classic Kettle is priced at $259.99. More affordable options include the 2 Slice Lite Toaster and Lite Jug Kettle at $199.99 each.

Dualit has also introduced its Hot Chocolate Maker & Milk Frother to the Australian online range, where it is marked as a new product and priced at $154.99. The appliance is designed for preparing hot chocolate as well as hot and cold frothed milk.

The expansion gives Dualit greater control over how its products are presented and sold locally while allowing Australian consumers to deal directly with the brand for purchases and after-sales support.

Dualit has been producing kitchen appliances for more than 80 years and remains particularly associated with its British-designed Classic toaster range. Its Australian website now provides dedicated product support, manuals, spare parts, FAQs and troubleshooting alongside its online retail operation.
