A follow up to Bose’s flagship QuietComfort Earbuds looks to be in the works, as revealed by a new leak.

Known tipster and leaker WinFuture posted several images of the supposed Bose QuietComfort Earbuds II, unveiling a similar but still new design that seems to sit more comfortably within the wearers ear, as well as a new wing and tip design.

Battery life is expected to remain at six hours. The original QuietComfort earbuds had a total of 18 hours battery life with the included charging case, but it has not been confirmed whether this will improve with the new model.

The price is set to be $299 USD (roughly A$432), making it $19 USD more than the original according to the leak. The older QuietComfort Earbuds are $399.95 in Australia, but new pricing has not been revealed. If it was to pass the magic A$400 mark, it would sit in a new price bracket above main competitors such as the Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 3 (A$399.95) and the Sony WF-1000XM4 (A$349.95).

WinFuture’s leaks reveal black and white colour options for the Bose QuietComfort Earbuds II, however it very possible it may be offered in more, as the original was offered in Triple Black, Soapstone, Stone Blue and Sandstone.

The Bose QuietComfort Earbuds II are set for launch in upcoming weeks according to the leaks.
