Best Buy Leaks Nintendo Switch Netflix Support Ahead Of E3

US department store, Best Buy, has accidentally revealed Nintendo’s Switch will receive support for Netflix and YouTube – news which commentators predict was scheduled for announcement at E3.

Reddit user, Devcakes, post a screenshot of Best Buy’s Switch listing which mentions compatibility with YouTube and Netflix.

The listing has since been removed, however, consensus is Nintendo will make an announcement at the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) tomorrow.

According to Business Insider, the now-deleted Best Buy listing refers to the Nintendo Switch as “smart enabled”, with the ability to “stream movies, listen to music, and access a wide variety of other content” via the internet.

Logos for Hulu, YouTube and Netflix are visible.

The highly successful Switch is heralded Nintendo’s fastest selling console, and is credited for significantly ramping up revenue in the video gaming industry.

To verify the validity of claims, users will have to hold their breath and wait until Nintendo’s E3 announcement.
