Apple Evacuation, ‘Did Someone Drop An Envelope Of Coke’?

Apple’s Silicon Valley headquarters has been evacuated after an envelope containing white powder was discovered.

At first it was thought the suspicious substance was dangerous as the envelope could have been an anthrax attack claim authorities.

The suspicious substance was found by first responders, who then ordered employees to evacuate claim fire department chiefs.

In an email to employees Apple said that “authorities concluded that there was no presence of hazardous materials” and that operation were back to normal.

It’s not known whether an employee dropped an envelope of coke which looks similar.

Under federal law, people who perpetrate hoax terror attacks can get prison time — even if the white substance turns out to be coke or baby powder or another innocuous substance.

Apple did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
