Online tech retailer, Android Enjoyed, topped the NSW Fair Trading Complaints Register for the third consecutive month, receiving 78 complaints during April. It follows 50 reported complaints in March.
Back in September 2016, NSW Fair Trading put the company on notice, whilst urging consumers not to interact with the organisation and its three e-commerce stores.
The news also follows a recent public warning against the Digital Marketing and Solutions Pty Ltd owned entity.
Android Enjoyed’s parent company also owns ‘Camera Sky’, which received 34 complaints in April, up from 28 in March.
NSW Fair Trading Commissioner, Rose Webb, affirms the agency is further investigating, and deciding what course of action to take against the online store and its parent company.
Webb has urged consumers to “not deal with Android Enjoyed or any of its associated companies”, with many complaints surrounding “quality of goods”, “payment without supplying” and other ACL breaches.
For the month of April, Kogan received 20 complaints and Harvey Norman 19. The Good Guys and JB Hi-Fi also appeared on the list, with at least 10 complaints each.
