Amazon has confirmed its Prime Big Deal Days will run from October 7 to October 8.

This sale gives Prime members access to two days of steep discounts

The shopping event will be held across the US, UK, Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Japan and a dozen other regions.

Amazon has already rolled out early deals in many of these markets, with offers expected to expand as the event approaches

As with previous Prime promotions, Amazon is spotlighting its own hardware.

Kindle e-readers and Fire tablets will see discounts of up to 50%, while Echo smart speakers and Ring devices are also tipped for major markdowns.

Industry analysts note that these sales often act as a springboard for Amazon ahead of the holiday season, driving both membership sign-ups and device sales.

Shoppers can expect a mix of tech, fashion, and home deals, though the biggest bargains traditionally come on Amazon-branded gear.

With Australian consumers included again, local Prime members will have access to international discounts, alongside domestic deals shipped directly through Amazon’s AU marketplace.
