 Sony unveils a Waterproof sports MP3 player for $99.
The new Walkman NWZ-W270S MP3 digital music player comes in Black, Blue, Pink, White, has a 4GB storage capacity, and holds just under 1000 songs.
The new Walkman is for fitness enthusiasts, and swimmers who enjoy listening to music while doing laps in the pool. It is waterproof IPX5/IPX8 standard, and comes with standard earbuds and Sony’s new swimming earphones. Sony’s 21st century Walkman promises up to eight hours of audio playback on a full charge of 90 minutes via USB.
It’s got a handy quick-charge function, with playback for up to 60 minutes on just a three minute charge.
The NWZ-W270S is available in Australia now for SRP for $99.
