Urbane Times Ahead
Described as a “luxury timepiece” its stainless steel body is available in polished silver or gold finish and sports natural leather strap, which the company says can be replaced with any 22mm wide band.
It is compatible with smartphones running Android 4.3 and includes a photoplethysmo-graphy (PPG) sensor that can measure a wearer’s heartrate and pulse during exercise.
It has a 33mm circular dial, compared with the rectangular Apple Watch’s choice of 38 and 42mm sizes. Australian pricing of the Urbane has yet to be revealed; in America it goes for US$349.
