The mobile phone market Down Under grew 29.2 percent in Q1 2015, compared with the same quarter last year, IDC figures show. As our P1 chart shows, Apple’s share soared from 38pc to 49pc, a year-on-year growth rate of 66pc, reflecting the popularity of the iPhone 6 and the iPhone 6 Plus “phablet”.
