Dicker Data Raises $45 million:Founders Sell Down Stake

Dicker completed an institutional placement to raise $40.25 million and a $10.5 million sell-down of personally owned shares by founders David Dicker and Fiona Brown, estimated to be taking their share of the company from 90 percent to around 70 percent

The company has also proposed an underwritten share purchase plan to raise a further $5.25 million.
