“The industry focus remains on profitable growth, using handset subsidies and bonus offers to recontract.
“Optus has tweaked its prepayment plans and launched a smartphone upgrade offer. Telstra has responded with an identical smartphone upgrade offer.
“It’s a lot of cat-and-mouse games from the operators.”
