Whirlpool Snares Spot On Appliances Online

Whitegoods and appliances manufacturer, Whirlpool, has further expanded its Australian retail network, snaring a spot on Winning owned e-store Appliances Online.

From today, consumers can purchase a range of Whirlpool Crisp N’ Grill microwaves, cooktops, whitegoods and more on Appliances Online.

Whirlpool claims the agreement will enhance its online presence, with more products tipped to feature on Appliances Online over time.

Neil Fonseca, Whirlpool Oceania Managing Director, states he’s “confident” the relationship with Appliances Online will grow his brand in Australia:

“Appliances Online is known for its well-trained staff and ability to communicate key innovations and address consumer needs while focusing on more than simply price.”

“When I joined Whirlpool, one of my first remits was to address the sales strategy while driving and strengthening new relationships with the brand locally”

“This new partnership with Appliances Online is a true reflection of this plan put into action and we are very excited to see it come to fruition.”

The news comes after Whirlpool pushed into the local cooking market in 2016, adding laundry and refrigeration in the last 18 months.

Winning Group CEO, John Winning, claims the e-store will complement Whirlpool appliances with “award-winning” customer service.
