Centuria Capital is buying the Margaret River Shopping Centre in Western Australia for $15 million.

The shopping centre, located roughly 270km south of Perth, is anchored by a Coles and a Liquorland, which account for 81 per cent of the centre’s gross income.

CBRE’s James Douglas and VPG Property’s Craig Butler managed the sale on behalf of the Vukelic family, who owned the centre for more than a decade.

Centuria now holds more than $1.7 billion in retail property.
