TCL Adds Bang & Olufsen Tuning To New Dolby Atmos Soundbars
TCL is expanding its premium soundbar range with three models featuring audio tuning developed in partnership with Bang & Olufsen.
The Q75K, Q85K and flagship Q95K share the same core 7.1.2-channel soundbar, incorporating front, centre, width, side-firing, bass and upward-firing channels for Dolby Atmos and DTS:X content.
Differences between the systems come from their bundled speakers.
The Q75K includes the 580W soundbar alone, while the Q85K adds a compact wireless subwoofer with two opposing seven-inch drivers, increasing maximum output to 1,180W.
The four-piece Q95K combines the soundbar and subwoofer with two wireless rear speakers containing upward-firing drivers. This expands the system to 11.1.4 channels and 1,420W across 22 drivers.
Its configuration closely resembles Samsung’s flagship HW-Q990H, placing TCL in more direct competition with the dominant soundbar manufacturer.

The Audio by Bang & Olufsen branding means B&O assisted with component selection and final tuning. The soundbars integrate B&O audio technology but do not contain Bang & Olufsen-manufactured components.
Users can adjust sound profiles through B&O’s Beosonic interface, while TCL’s room-calibration technology adapts output to the listening environment.
The systems connect through HDMI eARC and can automatically expand conventional audio across additional channels. TCL’s Tutti Choral feature also combines the soundbar with speakers built into compatible TCL televisions.
As reported back in July, the Q95K supports Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth, AirPlay 2 and Spotify alongside 4K/144Hz video passthrough, Variable Refresh Rate and Auto Low Latency Mode.
The Q95K previously launched in China for RMB 7,999, equivalent to approximately A$1,700. The Q85K and Q75K cost around A$1,300 and A$1,000 respectively based on direct conversions.
TCL will launch the range in Europe during October, but has not confirmed Australian pricing or availability.
