Reolink has launched its latest flagship security camera in Australia, the TrackFlex Floodlight WiFi, bringing a feature-packed dual-lens 4K PTZ camera to local buyers with no ongoing subscription fees.

The new camera, which carries an RRP of $399, is designed to tackle some of the biggest frustrations with traditional home security cameras: blind spots, weak night footage and the pain of searching through hours of recordings.

TrackFlex combines two lenses into a single unit – a 4K wide-angle camera and a 6x hybrid zoom lens – and displays both views simultaneously in the Reolink app.

The system can pan and track across a full 360 degrees, giving what Reolink claims is complete coverage of areas like yards and driveways without leaving gaps in vision.

The product has already picked up significant international attention, having been named an IFA Innovation Awards Honoree and collecting 19 “Best of IFA 2025” awards at last year’s IFA trade show in Berlin.

One of the headline features is Reolink’s new ReoNeura on-device AI, which enables local AI video search. Instead of scrubbing through timelines, users can search recordings with simple text queries such as descriptions of people, vehicles, animals or packages.

Importantly, all processing is done on the device itself, rather than in the cloud, keeping footage private and avoiding subscription costs.

For night-time security, TrackFlex includes a built-in floodlight rated at up to 3000 lumens, along with a 110 dB siren. The lighting supports both cool and warm colour temperatures and can be set to operate manually or automatically based on conditions.

Another point of difference is its “out-of-view” detection system. Using a 270-degree PIR sensor array, the camera can detect movement even outside the current field of view at distances between two and ten metres, then turn to follow the action.

Reolink says TrackFlex is aimed at homeowners who want full-property coverage, strong lighting and smarter search tools without being locked into monthly fees.
