APAC Insider is based in Burton On Trent a UK town of 72,000 that is best known for Burton Ale, but that has not stopped them dishing out a gong to Final Link Audio who have been chosen as the Best Australian Audio Products Importer in 2021.
In 30 years of writing about the Australian Audio Channel, i have rarely ever got a press release or even hear of Final Link Audio or APAC Insider, who claim that their questionable Australian Enterprise Awards seek to acknowledge those businesses and individuals who have played a pivotal role in the resurgence of one of the world’s biggest economies.

The UK group who appear to have no office in Australia let alone in the Asia Pacific region, then go on to say that ‘As one of the top 15 highest grossing economies in the world, Australia boasts many individuals and organisations from across a myriad of sectors and industries deserving praise and recognition and that the award, to Final Link Audio, shines a light on the firms and individuals who’ve contributed to Australia’s perseverance to retain this role, despite the worldwide economic struggles.
We have asked APAC Insider to nominate who were the finalists, who voted for the winner and what was the criteria for picking Final Link Audio.

• Focus Sound and Vision has also been closed for years
• Frank Prowse Hifi is on Stirling Highway.. not Stirlinh Highway
