OPPO A7 Pro Max Leak Points To 10,000mah Battery Phone With 80W Fast Charging
OPPO is reportedly preparing to release its latest A7 series of smartphones. The rumoured OPPO A7 Pro Max is tipped to redefine battery life with a 10,000mAh battery with 80W fast charging. If true, it has the potential to provide multi-day battery life with relatively fast recharge times.Â
The OPPO A7 Pro Max would be the company’s first smartphone with a 10,000mAh battery, made possible in a smartphone size by using silicon-carbon battery technology.
Despite the massive battery, the handset is said to measure 8.47mm thick and weigh around 226g, suggesting advances in battery density rather than a significantly bulkier design.
The device is expected to target the mid-range smartphone segment and highlights the importance of battery life in mainstream markets.Â
Other leaked specifications suggest the phone will also feature a 6.78-inch flat AMOLED display, 1.5K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 4 Gen 5 chipset.
Camera hardware is expected to include a 50MP main rear camera, 2MP secondary sensor, and 50MP front-facing camera.

Older model OPPO smartphones.
If launched with these specifications, the A7 Pro Max would position OPPO against other Chinese vendors that are rapidly increasing battery capacities beyond the traditional 5,000mAh to 6,000mAh range.
The details are based on leaks and have not been officially confirmed by OPPO and as such no official launch date, pricing or market availability has been confirmed by the company.Â
