Logitech has unveiled the Logitech MX VERTICAL, the latest to join the brand’s high-end MX series ideal for everyday and office use. Available now for $169.95 RRP.
The MX VERTICAL sits at a dramatic 57-degree vertical angle which Logitech claims is the best position for comfort without compromising on productivity.
Logitech calls the angle the “natural handshake position” which can reduce muscular activity, and therefore fatigue, by up to 10% compared to a non-vertical mouse.
It is designed to fit a variety of hand shapes and sizes — specifically right-hands as the mouse is designed for right-handed users — and features a textured rubber surface for added grip.
The MX VERTICAL includes a 4,000 DPI high-precision sensor, which can be adjusted easily thanks to the addition of a cursor speed switch.
Logitech claims the mouse’s rechargeable battery can last up to four months on a full charge and a one-minute charge can provide up to three hours of use.
The mouse is enabled with both Logitech Easy-Switch and Logitech Flow so users can switch between two computers easily, and even copy and paste content, images and documents between them.
“We know that many computer users experience discomfort or pain in their hand, forearm and in their wrists,” said Delphine Donne-Crock, general manager of creativity and productivity at Logitech.
“The unique angle is optimized for an ergonomic posture and reduces both wrist pressure and forearm strain. With MX VERTICAL, you can maximise your productivity in comfort.”
The MX VERTICAL is available now on www.logitech.com and at select retail stores now for $169.95 RRP.
