Logitech G has announced the seventh annual Logitech McLaren G Challenge for summer 2025, a global sim racing competition on Forza Motorsport offering over $50,000 in cash and product prizes, including an all-expenses-paid trip to the McLaren Technology Centre in Woking, UK.

The competition targets both seasoned sim racers and newcomers to Forza Motorsport, emphasising community building and competitive racing across multiple qualification stages from May through September.

“The Logitech McLaren G Challenge is the most competitive and prestigious racing series on Forza Motorsport right now,” said Daniel “SDW ForceOne” Nyman, competitive racer and gamer.

“In addition to the competition, there’s a really great community component surrounding the series.”

The summer season features three main qualifying stages plus a bonus round. Stage 1 places drivers in the legendary McLaren MP4/4 at Belgium’s Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps from May 14-June 11.

Stage 2 continues with the MP4/4 at the fictional Circuit Hakone in Japan from June 12-July 9, while Stage 3 moves to Maple Valley from July 10-August 6.

The Bonus Rivals Stage showcases the rare McLaren F1 GT at Sunset Peninsula Raceway in Florida from August 7-September 3, culminating in semifinals on August 9 and grand finals on August 23-24.

Winners can claim a complete sim racing setup including Logitech G RS Wheel Hub, PRO Racing Pedals, RS Track Wheel, ASTRO A50 Gen 5 headset, Playseat Trophy-Logitech G Edition, and PRO DD11 Wheel Base.

Australian participants can attend Race Days at The Gamesmen in Penhurst, NSW, every weekend in June from 11am-3pm.

The top 16 fastest regional drivers will qualify for Race Day Finals, providing local competition alongside the global championship.

The competition emphasises accessibility for developing drivers seeking to learn from top players while providing elite competition for experienced racers.
