Lenovo Begins Launching New Legion Gaming Tablet

Lenovo have unveiled the latest gaming tablet, Legion Y700 (2023), equipped with impressive features, such as an 8.8 inch display, a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels, 343 PPI pixel density, 100% DCI-P3 colour gamut, brightness of 500 nits, and a 144Hz refresh rate.

It’s powered through the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset, paired with LPDDR5X memory, coming in 12GB and 16GB RAM, with 256GB and 512GB built in storage, running on Android 13 with ZUi 15.0, and features a 13MP dual rear camera with LED flash, and 8MP front camera.

Lenovo equipped the tablet with an enhanced cooling system and a metal back cover over thermal concerns, and despite being feature rich, it’s still lighter than its predecessor, weighing 348g and measuring 7.6mm thick.

There is a CNC processed middle frame providing textured and comfortable grip for gamers during sessions.

Equipped with a 6559mAh battery, supporting 45W Super Flash Charging, and offers dual USB-C ports, and bypass charging.

Launching has begun in China, in available colours Grey and Blue, with customers gaining a small discount on all variants during a pre-sale period.

The options available are: 12GB RAM + 256GB storage at 2399 yuan (approx. $496.00 AUD), 12GB RAM + 512GB storage at 2599 yuan (approx. $541.00 AUD), and 16GB RAM + 512GB storage at 2799 yuan (approx. $583.00 AUD).
