Reolink has used IFA 2025 to showcase its latest home security innovation – the TrackFlex Floodlight WiFi – a 4K pan-tilt-zoom floodlight camera that pairs wide coverage with on-device artificial intelligence.

The TrackFlex is pitched as the world’s first 4K 360-degree PTZ floodlight camera with local AI video search built in.

Unlike rival offerings that often rely on subscription-based cloud services, Reolink’s approach allows users to search and review footage directly on the device, backed by up to 512GB of local storage.

At the hardware level, the TrackFlex combines dual 4K lenses with a smooth pan-tilt mechanism, offering both wide and telephoto views.

The camera’s “triple PIR sensor array” delivers 270 degrees of out-of-field motion detection, enabling it to rotate and capture movement even before subjects fully enter the frame.

Illumination is handled by dual adjustable floodlights, pushing out up to 3,000 lumens. Users can customise colour temperature between warm (3000K) and cool (6000K) light, balancing visibility and aesthetics.

Beyond lighting, the camera packs Wi-Fi 6 connectivity, smart home integration, customisable voice alerts, and a 110dB siren for deterrence.

The new model also debuts Reolink’s AI system, ReoNeura, which sharpens event detection and trims false alarms by recognising people, vehicles, pets, parcels, and even tracking delivery activity.

ReoNeura goes further with natural-language video captioning, offering quick summaries of recorded clips, and tools for small businesses such as visitor flow analysis and heat mapping.

Reolink is positioning the TrackFlex as both a residential and commercial security solution. Pre-orders are already open with early buyers eligible for a 10% discount through subscription, though pricing details have not yet been disclosed.
