Google Undercuts iPhone 13 With Pixel 6 Pricing

The expected pricing for the forthcoming Google Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro has leaked, and it appears the tech giant is planning to severely undercut the iPhone 13 range.

According to This is Tech Today, who has previously led reliable leaks, the Google Pixel 6 will retail for €649 in Europe, which equates to $1,049 AUD. The Google Pixel 6 Pro will supposedly be priced at $1,499 AUD.

The source for this leak is someone who works at a “massive major cellular chain” in Europe, and shared pricing imagery for backend inventory which the codename ‘Oriole’ and ‘Raven’ which are the two devices’ inhouse names.

The announcement for the Pixel 6 range is expected to happen on October 19, with an October 26 launch date.
