A Pixel Watch 2 listing has appeared in the Google Play Console, a master reference used for distribution, and alongside the codename ‘EOS,’ it appears the specification for the watch have been confirmed.
Google will be switching out the chipset, from Samsung’s Exynos 9110, to the Qualcomm SW5100, which is similar to the Snapdragon W5, with an added processor.
It is expected to ship with 2GB RAM, and a 384 x 384 screen at 320pixels per inch, and is listed as running Android 13, expected to be labelled as Wear OS 4.
It looks to only be coming with subtle changes, with the most notable in the Wear OS. This includes: handling Google Assistant, partnering with phone apps, and health tracking.
