LG OZ New Energy Boss is Ex-Fujitsu

Milton
Kaloudis has been appointed to head up LG’s Air Conditioning & Energy
Solutions, it announced today. He was previously National Operations Manager for Fujitsu General.

LG, who
this week released its 2013 earnings, said it expects demand for commercial air
conditioners with high-energy efficiency and inverter-type residential units to
drive profits in 2014.

A veteran
of the tech industry, Kaloudis will be responsible for the Air Conditioning
& Energy Solutions product categories, and is also tasked with growing the
specialist dealer network, with a particular focus on LG’s complete energy
solution offerings across domestic and commercial.

Kaloudis will also take
charge of LG’s solar panel and lighting range.

He has also
worked at Retravision and
Telstra and
has extensive knowledge of marketing, sales and the air conditioning industry.

“I’m very
much looking forward to being part of a team that is fully committed to helping
LG realise its vision for the Australian market,” said Kaloudis.

LG Australia’s
Managing Director, Duke Moon, said: “We are extremely pleased to welcome Milton
to LG Australia. His wealth of industry experience will be a huge asset to our
team and we are always excited to have professionals of Milton’s calibre join
our organisation.”
