EXCLUSIVE:Ten Specialist Hi Fi Retailers To Get Free Syndigo Content Engine

The worlds’ leading retail content engine Syndigo that is used by over 80% of the mainstream retailers in the USA is now working with leading Hi Fi retailers in Australia to deliver a brand-new content network.

How Syndigo works is simple, retailers get code installed on their web site that delivers rich interactive content into a SKU for free saving time and money for a retailer.

This allows brands such as Bowers & Wilkins, Sonos, Marantz, Denon, Beats, Samsung, and LG Electronics to deliver content such as video’s interactive stores, comparison engines right inside a SKU.

The results can be instantaneous with an up to 18% increase in traffic to the cart. It also significantly reduces returns to a retailer.

In Australia both JB Hi Fi and The Good Guys have been using Syndigo content on their web sites for more than 5 years.

Now up to 10 specialist dealers are set to benefit from the Syndigo content engine with their sites set to be upgraded to deliver content to a SKU.

Among the local specialist audio retailers will be Apollo   Hi fi, Len Wallis Audio, The Lifestyle Store, Klapp Audio Visual along with retailers in WA, SA ACT, and Queensland.

In the USA retailers such as Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, Costco, Target as well as over 900 other retail networks use the Syndigo engine.

According to Syndigo Sales Director, Brian Combes the big benefit for a specialist dealer is that a retailer saves a considerable amount of time in that they don’t have to worry about the generation of rich media content for a SKU.

“The brands create and pay for the content with a brand getting up to 10 retailers included in their one-off price” he said.

“A retailer benefits from the results especially as the tools that are built into the content creation side of the Syndigo engine allow for the creation of rich media content such as a comparison engine that allows a retailer to range different products alongside each other inside the same SKU”. Said Combes.

“Syndigo content for a brand can be created locally and we can work with both brands and retailers to deliver not only unique content but extensive information on the performance of a SKU inside a retail environment. Unlike some content engines the Syndigo engine is all about content creation tools and the seamless delivery of content”.
