EXCLUSIVE:Cellnet Appoints Former Sennheiser Exec As CEO Name Change Tipped
Brisbane based distributor Cellnet, which is undergoing a major transformation, has appointed the former APAC regional director of Sonova the Company that acquired Sennheiser consumer business as their new CEO.
Former CEO Dave Clark is taking on a new role as Chief Product & Marketing Director in the business that recently moved from being a publicly listed Company on the ASX to a privately run business owned by German Company Wentronics.
The major change in management follows a recent restructure of their head count with insider tipping a name change to Wentronics by year end.
The new CEO is Marek Jaworski, previously the Regional Senior Director APAC for Sonova Consumer Hearing (Sennheiser) in Singapore.
He will take up the new role in October when insiders are tipping a name change.
He will relocate to the Cellnet headquarters in Brisbane, in the past the CEO role was managed from New Zealand.

Current CEO Dave Clarke said that “With Jaworski’s addition, Cellnet’s already robust C-Level team will now have a permanent executive presence in Australia, bringing a wealth of industry experience and strategic leadership”.

As part of the restructure Clark, the current Chief Executive of Cellnet Group will transition to the newly established role of Chief Product and Marketing Officer (CPMO) for the Group.
Clark has worked for Cellnet for 18-year and has been integral to Cellnet’s long-term success, claim management.
In his new role, he will focus on brand and product strategy across all ANZ business units, while spearheading innovation in collaboration with Wentronic’s subsidiary in Hong Kong.
