Epson Targets Pro AV Market With New 20,000-Lumen Projector
Epson Australia is set to unveil its latest high-brightness projection technology at the ENTECH 2026 Australian Roadshows, showcasing a new generation of 3LCD laser projectors aimed at the professional AV and live events market.
The company will exhibit across five cities between May 19 and June 2, with demonstrations focused on large-scale installations, immersive displays and commercial AV deployments.
Headlining the launch will be the new EB-PQ2220B 4K projector (pictured main), delivering 20,000 lumens of brightness alongside the company’s 4K Crystal Motion technology. Paired with an ultra-short throw LX02S lens and 120-inch display, the projector is designed for venues where installation space is limited but image impact is critical.

Epson is also showcasing dual EB-L690SE (pictured above) short-throw projectors configured in a vertically stacked setup producing a combined 12,000 lumens. The compact units are targeted at meeting rooms, museums, education and retail environments where flexible positioning is essential.
The company will also showcase its LightScene EV-110 accent lighting projector, designed to blend digital content into physical environments including galleries, hospitality venues and retail spaces.

Paige van Saarloos, senior product manager for visual instruments at Epson Australia, said ENTECH remains an important platform for demonstrating how projection technology is evolving beyond traditional presentations into immersive visual experiences and large-scale projection mapping.
ENTECH 2026 will visit Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth, with free registration now open for industry attendees.
