DJI have officially set a date for the official unveiling of their next major addition to their drone line-up, believed to be branded the DJI Spark.
The company will hold the product event in New York on the 24th of May, inviting journalists via email to attend and “seize the moment.”
Its currently believed that the drone to be revealed is the so-called “Spark”, a prototype of which leaked through DJI’s Chinese forums earlier this month.
The Spark is expected to come with a sub-$1000 price-tag and be aimed at the lower-end of the market, while still meeting the same level of quality DJI are known for.
Expect more news to come on the 24th.
