Apple has unveiled plans to launch dozens of new educational sessions next month in all 495 Apple Stores around the world, with topics ranging from photo and video sessions to music, coding, art and design.
Building on the company’s existing technical hands –dubbed “Geniuses” – the hands-on sessions, collectively called Today at Apple, will be led by trained team members and – in some cities – by world-class artists, photographers and musicians, Apple said.
“At the heart of every Apple Store is the desire to educate and inspire the communities we serve,” cooed Angela Ahrendts, Apple’s senior vice president of retail. Not to mention flogging off a bit more software and the odd Mac or iPhone upgrade.
