Boost Mobile Wins First Canstar Blue Award

Youth focused telco brand, Boost Mobile, has outperformed its prepaid rivals, after winning its first Canstar Blue award for customer satisfaction.

Following a survey of over 6,000 Australians, Boost Mobile received ‘perfect marks’ for; overall satisfaction, customer service, ease of recharge, billing, network coverage and ‘sign up and activation’.

The award follows Boost Mobile’s recent plan upgrades, offering increased call and data inclusions across every price recharge.

Editor of Canstar Blue, Simon Downes, claims the provider has struck a “winning balance” between value, service and network coverage.

Despite intensifying competition in the prepaid mobile space, Downes affirms Boost “clearly has an engaged and satisfied fanbase”.
