BenQ Take Projectors 4K
BenQ have unleashed the world’s first THX-certified 4K home cinema projector.
Branded the W11000,it harnesses advanced UHD DMD tech to produce an unprecedented projected display 3840 x 2160 distinct pixels in size.
According to the company, “1-chip DLP technology ensures absolute colour accuracy and image integrity without artifacts that can be introduced by panel alignment issues, especially critical at 4K with four times finer pixels than 1080p.”
“BenQ’s highly optimized 4K optical system then employs 16 high-resolution elements, a true zoom system, and special low-dispersion lens coatings to preserve spectacular visual quality for an authentic digital cinema experience.”
What’s more, the projector comes THX-verified and meets the CEA’s requirements for true 4K UHD resolutions – offering the ultra-wide CinemaScope experience of commercial cinemas in the comfort of your home.

The W11000 comes with an MSRP of $7999 and will be available in Australia from mid November.
