Apple Launches Temperature-Controlled Travel Mug

Apple have launched the new Ember temperature-controlled Travel Mug 2+ which now includes tracking through the Find My app.

It comes after the launch of the first Travel Mug earlier this year, with the newest addition being the Find My app compatibility.

It also comes with a built-in speaker that can let off a chime if the mug happens to be misplaced and tracked using the Find My app.

Apart from these two features, the new Travel Mug 2+ contains the same original features as the first mug. It was designed to keep beverages at whatever desired temperature for up to three hours. It can also keep the desired temperature all day when connected to the charging coaster.

It can be connected to an iPhone or iPad using Bluetooth and controlled via the Ember app, also containing built-in touch controls.

Users can set the preferred temperature, and the battery provides temperature control up to three hours on a full charge.

It is safe t hand wash and submersible in up to 1 meter of water, not requiring microwave usage.

It can be purchased for $299.95 AUD and is available on the Apple online store.

Coming with the mug is a Charging Coaster 2, a power adaptor, and a Quick Start Guide. Lithium-based battery shipping restrictions are applicable depending on the region.
