 Up against the extensive and ever-expanding reach of streaming giant Netflix, along with a number of domestic competitors, Stan is branching out with the news it will now be accessible via the Apple TV home screen.
Apple has updated its TV app list to include Stan, with Netflix also available via the service. “Apple TV is a critical platform for leading streaming services and has always been a high priority in our development roadmap,” commented Stan CEO Mike Sneesby. “Since launch we have received more requests from subscribers for a Stan app to be available on Apple TV than any other device. “We’re thrilled to be launching on Apple TV today and will continue to make Stan’s line-up of award-winning TV shows and blockbuster movies available on more and more devices.” Stan subscribers will be able to sign in on Apple TV with their existing Stan username and password. |
