Control4 Posts Q3 Gains

The company’s net income grew 65 per cent to $2.8 million in the quarter and by 250 per cent to $4.2 million for the nine month period.

For fiscal 2013, the company posted a 17 per cent gain in revenues to $128.5 million and net income of $3.5 million, which contrasted with a 2012 net loss of $3.7 million.

For full year 2014, the company expects revenue to be between $149 million and $151 million.

Control4 has also added James Caudill, CEO of D&M Holdings to its board of directors. Contol4’s CEO, Martin Plaehn said this was done because Caudill has “a deep operational understanding of the consumer electronics industry,” and “brings global executive to our board.”
