The company’s net income grew 65 per cent to $2.8 million in the quarter and by 250 per cent to $4.2 million for the nine month period.

For fiscal 2013, the company posted a 17 per cent gain in revenues to $128.5 million and net income of $3.5 million, which contrasted with a 2012 net loss of $3.7 million.

For full year 2014, the company expects revenue to be between $149 million and $151 million.

Control4 has also added James Caudill, CEO of D&M Holdings to its board of directors. Contol4’s CEO, Martin Plaehn said this was done because Caudill has “a deep operational understanding of the consumer¬†electronics industry,” and “brings global executive to our board.”
