Days after launching the highly praised ThinkPhone at CES 2023, Motorola has moved on to popular Pantone colours to drive sales, with a special-edition $899 edge 30 fusion smartphone that comes in Pantone’s colour of the year Viva Magenta.
Available for pre-order today at JB Hi-Fi, the neat-looking new device will be on sale from January 19 2023.
As an added bonus, this exclusive Viva Magenta handset comes with complimentary new Moto Buds 600 ANC in Pantone colour, Winetasting.
Motorola marked its official partnership with Pantone with the launch of the motorola edge 30 neo in the 2022 Pantone Colour of the Year, Very Peri.
Now they are taking advantage of Pantone’s popular colours to drive smartphone sales which differentiate them from their competitors.
The new Motorola offering has a borderless 6.55″ OLED 144Hz display and the popular Snapdragon 888+ 5G processor.
It also has a 50 MP camera system with OIS, plus a 13MP ultrawide camera lens with a built-in macro vision camera on the back, and a 32MP front camera on the front.
Motorola are also using the Quad Pixel technology, which they claim delivers sharper and more vibrant photos with 4x better low light sensitivity.
Also on board is TurboPower 68W charging, that allows users to recharge their Fusion 30 in 10 minutes.
The Motorola edge 30 fusion also comes with two large stereo speakers enabled with Dolby Atmos.
An added benefit is the inclusion of the special-edition MOTO 600 Buds that incorporate the Snapdragon SoundTM technology.
Additional capabilities include Bluetooth multipoint, which allows connection to two devices at the same time and Google Fast Pairing, which pairs buds to phone with a single tap.
When it’s time to put them away, a wireless charging case gives you up to 28 hours of battery life.
