Urbanears Release Rålis Portable Speaker

Zound Industries owned Swedish brand Urbanears, known for its headphones and home speakers, has released a new colourful portable speaker, Rålis, available now for $349.99.

The Rålis speaker can connect up to three devices simultaneously, two via Bluetooth 5.0 with 30 feet range and one via AUX connection.

Offering multidirectional sound via the Blumlein technique, and boasting over 20 hours of wireless playtime and a built-in powerbank for users’ smartphones.

Urbanears play to their strengths with a minimalist design, flush mounted buttons, perforated steel grille, and a woven carrying strap with two-toned thread.

The speaker is also water resistant with an IPX2 rating, not as resistant as the UE Megaboom 3 but should survive some splashes.

The news follows other Zound Industries’ speaker brand, Marshall, announcing its own portable and waterproof Bluetooth speakers.

The Rålis speaker is available in three colours — Mist Grey, Haute Red and Slate Blue — and can be purchased now from Urbanear’s Australian website and select retailers for $349.99.
