Sony’s New Earbuds Pricing Leaked

Sony revealed earlier this week their highly anticipated WF-1000XM5 TWS earbuds will be launching on July 24th, and now pricing has been revealed for Europe and the US.

They are expected to debut at $299.00 in the US, while European customers are looking at a price tag of €319.00. Australian pricing, along with other regions, is still yet to be released.

They are expected to feature cutting-edge technology, delivering premium sound quality and “the best” noise cancelling performance.

They are fitted with a specially designed driver unit, promising wide frequency production, deep bass, and clear vocals.

Expected to weigh around 5.9 grams a bud, equipped with an 8.4mm Dynamic Driver X, dual processors, dual-feedback microphones, and ANC optimisation.

There are three microphones expected to be featured on each earbud, along with Hi-Res audio and DSEE Extreme Support. Also expected to incorporate Precise Voice Pickup technology, a 500mAh charging case with a potential for 24 hours, quick 3 minute charging for 1 hour playback, rumoured BlueTooth 5.3, and IPX4 certification.
