Rubicor Goes Belly Up

Recruiting company Rubicor Group, a major recruiter for Australian technology companies, has entered voluntary administration.

Rubicor lists Google, the Federal Government, Goldman Sachs and the Commonwealth Bank among its clients.

The group claimed to place 10 thousand a year into technology, contract and payroll jobs and was still advertising positions for software engineers, cyber security experts and IT developers when CDN visited their site.

Trouble at the company appeared in February when Telstra parted ways with Rubicor after contractors placed with the telco complained their superannuation wasn’t paid.
