QualiFi Announces Several New Hirings

QualiFi has made a number of new appointments, with Sean O’Carroll joining the company in a sales and product management role.

O’Carroll, who brings industry experience across both integration companies and AV wholesale, has joined QualiFi in the role of product manager, sales manager CI channels.

Operating out of QualiFi’s Melbourne head office, O’Carroll will manage sales to custom integrator customers in NSW and Victoria, and will be responsible for product management of a number of QualiFi’s CI brands, including Elan, Niles, Sunfire and Xantech.

In other appointments, Martyn Shirley has taken on the role as general manager of Blustream, heading up Blustream’s head office in Melbourne.

Having started his career in the AV industry in the UK, after a number of years at Audio Partnership, Shirley moved to Australia, joining QualiFi, and over the last 10 years has been responsible for QualiFi’s CI division.

Toby Leader has also moved to Blustream – with an extensive background in CI, both in the UK and in Australia, Leader has taken on the role of product manager in the Melbourne Blustream office.
