MYOB Acquires Two Partners

Enterprise solutions company MYOB has acquired two rival companies Sydney-based Axsys and Queenslander Exobiz.

MYOB general manager for enterprise, Kim Clarke, said that the acquisitions would bring a wealth of skills and experience to the delivery of enterprise solutions across Australia and New Zealand.

Axsys which has offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Hobart has implemented MYOB’s market leading solutions in more than 600 businesses across Australia.

Queensland-based Exobiz, is a developer of tailored ERP solutions to Australian enterprises and is widely recognised for the quality of its in-house development team.
