Lenovo’s Steam Deck Competitor Leaked

Reported last month, was that Lenovo were working on a brand new handheld gaming PC running Windows, called Legion Go. Now images have been leaked which appear to be the first of the upcoming device.

The images are suggesting the Legion Go looks a lot like Steam Deck and Asus ROG Ally, however it also appears to have a lot in common with Nintendo Switch. It reportedly has an eight inch screen, with two removable Joy-Con controllers, and an apparent wide Switch OLED-like kickstand that can be popped out.

The controllers appear to be a mix between the Switch’s flat one, but removable Joy-Cons, and Steam Deck’s contoured, however attached grips. There also appears to be a touch pad on the right controller, and an apparent wheel on the back. There is also speculation the screen is a touch screen.

The images indicate Lenovo aren’t shying away from thickness, where Asus’ ROG Ally steered away from it.

The Legion Go is expected to run Windows 11, compatible with any Windows games supporting the specs, and it has been reported to be using AMD Phoenix processors.
