Lenovo’s Latest Consumer Line-Up Unveiled Ahead Of IFA

Lenovo has unveiled its new portfolio of consumer PCs, tablets and monitors ahead of consumer electronics trade show IFA 2019.

Local pricing and availability have yet to be confirmed.

Equipped with intelligent features, and promising smarter devices at accessible prices, the latest line-up of products are targeting mainstream shoppers for the upcoming holiday period.

The latest innovations will be showcased at Tech Life, which is Lenovo’s annual holiday event during IFA.

Ultra-Slim Meets Ultra Smart

Lenovo has announced two new 13-inch Windows 10 Lenovo IdeaPad laptops with up to 10th Gen Intel Core mobile processors and memory upgrade of up to 16GB DDR4.

At just 1.3kg, the 13-inch IdeaPad S340 is the smart value choice, available in three colours, and comes with Dolby Audio, front-facing microphones and quieter, intelligent fan thermals.

The laptop also promises to remain charged for longer, with up to 8 hours of battery life.

The ultra-slim, all-aluminium Lenovo IdeaPad S540 comes with RapidCharge, plus Cortana and Alexa voice service capabilities.

It is powered by up to 10th Gen Intel Core i7 or AMD Ryzen 7 processors, and comes with Windows Hello and its motion-sensing IR camera implemented.

Users can manually direct power and performance modes based on their needs with Lenovo’s exclusive Q-Control feature, which uses machine learning to monitor the tasks running in the background and a device’s thermal attributes to control its fans and optimise a longer battery life.

Nature-Inspired, Built For Intense Workloads

The Lenovo IdeaCentre A540 us a new all-in-one Windows 10 desktop design with high-resolution screen offered in two sizes – 24-inch and 27-inch.

The smart, functional base wirelessly charges a user’s Qi-certified mobile device – even when the PC is switched off.

With up to 9th Gen Intel Core i7 CPU and discrete AMD Radeon RX560 graphics, the IdeaCentre A540 27-inch model has a high-resolution QHD display option that provides vivid colour, while JBL by Harman speakers deliver crisp stereo sound powered by Dolby Audio.

An AMD Ryzen CPU option is also available on the 24-inch model, and 10-point touchscreen is optional on either display size.

Digital Companions You’ll Flip Over

The new Lenovo Chromebook laptops are incredibly user-friendly and requires no initial setup. Instead, users only need to login to their Google account to begin enjoying the device.

The new slim 2-in-1 laptop, called the Chromebook C340, packs a number of smart Chrome OS features into a portable package.

The 11-inch model is available in Sand Pink or Platinum Grey, with a flexible 360-hinge and touchscreen.

A 15-inch model is also available, which comes with more storage (up to 128GB), convenient numeric keypad, optional backlit keyboard, and up to an Intel Core i3 mobile processor.

For those looking for a laptop on lightning-fast Chrome OS, the new Chromebook S340 would be the best option.

It comes with optional Intel processors, built-in virus protection, and a battery life of up to 10 hours on a single charge.

Display More Love For Your PC

The new mainstream L28u Monitor features 28 inches of vivid colour with a 4K In-Plane Switching (IPS) wide-angle display, pixel-perfect resolution, as well as an ultra-thin bezel.

For the gamers out there, the G34w Gaming Monitor would be the best bet, with its 1500R curvature and ultra-wide 21:9 aspect ratio.

Its 34-inch panoramic Wide Quad High Definition display provides huge levels of clarity for a better user experience.

Smarter Sharing Is For The Family

Lenovo is releasing the second generation of its mainstream Android tablets, the Tab M7 and Tab M8 with Wi-Fi and LTE options, which comes with a full metal cover design for a premium look and feel.

The Tab M8 offers up to 12 hours of video playback, while the Tab M7 offers full-day usage with up to 10 hours of video playback time.

The new M Series tablets are also TUV Rheinland-certified and offers true eye care protection through special light and display technologies, which reduces harmful blue light to reduce strain on the eyes.
