Electrolux Group has unveiled its latest innovation under its premium AEG brand – the New FAVORIT dishwasher range, billed as the quietest and most efficient dishwashers ever built.

Launched at the AEG Media Conference at IFA Berlin, the New FAVORIT 7000, 8000 and 9000 models operate at just 37 dB, with an optional ExtraSilent mode reducing that further to 35 dB – quieter than a whisper.

The flagship models also use only 8.4 litres of water per cycle and exceed the EU’s top energy rating by 10%, making them a benchmark for eco-friendly home appliances.

“Consumers want appliances they can rely on for years,” said Anna Ohlsson-Leijon, CEO Business Area Europe APMEA & Group Executive VP, Electrolux Group. “With New FAVORIT, we’ve created a range that delivers long-lasting performance, energy efficiency and a sleek design.”

Key features of the dishwasher range include:

  • SuperSilent technology with fine-tuned hydraulics for open-plan living
  • AquaSave system for minimal water usage
  • SatelliteClean® Pro spray arm, proven to remove 100% of stubborn food residues in 90 minutes
  • ZoneClean, enabling simultaneous pot scrubbing and gentle glass care
  • SmartSelect Connect, a touchscreen and app integration for cycle personalisation and monitoring

Beyond dishwashers, AEG also showcased its PizzaExpert function, arriving in 2026 with the AEG 7000 MealAssist oven. The feature, paired with a 340°C cast iron tray, promises restaurant-quality pizza in just 2 minutes 30 seconds, guided by an in-app assistant and approved by Italy’s Scuola Italiana Pizzaioli.

Meanwhile, the new CamCook oven uses AI and an integrated camera to identify dishes, adjust cooking settings automatically, and even “remember” favourite meals for perfect results every time.
